Sri Ramakrishna Mills (Coimbatore) Ltd has submitted its standalone unaudited financial results for the first quarter of FY26, ended June 30, 2025, along with the Limited Review Report from statutory auditor M/s CSK Prabhu & Co LLP. Revenue from operations rose to about Rs 1,646.89 lakhs, up from roughly Rs 1,216.02 lakhs in the same quarter last year — a year-on-year jump of around 35%. The company, however, remained in the red at the bottom line, reporting a loss per share of Rs 0.40 (basic) for the quarter, hurt by an exceptional loss of about Rs 72 lakhs on sale of assets. Real Estate segment contributed no revenue during the quarter, with growth entirely driven by the Textile segment. The statutory auditor has issued an unmodified / unqualified opinion on the results, and the CFO has formally declared the same.
Short-term: Mixed for shareholders — strong top-line growth in the core textile business is positive, but the continued quarterly loss and one-time loss on asset sale weigh on sentiment. The clean auditor opinion and absence of any going-concern flag are mildly reassuring, but the stock may not see a strong positive reaction until profitability returns.
