SRU Steels posted Q3 FY26 (Dec 2025) revenue from operations of Rs. 118.48 lakhs, a sharp drop from Rs. 936.66 lakhs in the same quarter last year. The Steel segment reported zero revenue this quarter, with the entire top line now coming from the Agri-Commodity segment, suggesting a meaningful business mix shift. The company narrowed its quarterly net loss to Rs. 3.83 lakhs from Rs. 50.16 lakhs YoY. For the nine months ended Dec 2025, total revenue jumped to Rs. 2,770.31 lakhs from Rs. 948.39 lakhs, and the company swung to a net profit of Rs. 140.26 lakhs versus a loss of Rs. 109.28 lakhs a year earlier. The statutory auditor (BMGS & Associates) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. Other equity remained negative at Rs. (52.11) lakhs, indicating historical accumulated losses.
Mixed picture for shareholders — the standalone quarter looks weak with sharply lower revenue and a marginal loss, but the nine-month turnaround to profit is encouraging. The pivot away from Steel toward commodities and the negative reserves warrant closer attention from investors.
