Stallion India Fluorochemicals held an investor call on May 20, 2025 to discuss Q4 and FY25 results. Q4 FY25 revenue grew 79.87% QoQ to INR 153.16 crore, EBITDA rose 41.75% QoQ to INR 20.31 crore, and PAT climbed 35.56% QoQ to INR 13.27 crore. For full year FY25, the company posted revenue of INR 379.47 crore, EBITDA of INR 49.74 crore, and reported PAT of INR 32.33 crore (underlying PAT of INR 43.04 crore excluding a INR 10.71 crore one-time provision taken in H1 for a settled dispute with Chinese supplier Sunmai). Management guided for 30–35% YoY revenue CAGR over the next three years and 3–4% margin improvement through new high-value products. Key growth drivers include two new facilities: a Mambattu plant in Andhra Pradesh for HFO-based refrigerants and expansion at Khalapur in Maharashtra for semiconductor and specialty gas blending. The company also outlined backward integration plans, export ambitions targeting the Middle East and Africa, and noted total planned CapEx of around INR 51 crore with only INR 69 lakhs spent by March-end as the design phase was expanded.
The strong Q4 numbers, multi-year growth guidance, and new high-margin product pipeline (semiconductor gases, HFO refrigerants, helium) could boost investor confidence. However, execution risk on the two new facilities, heavy dependence on Chinese raw materials, and delayed CapEx utilization are key watchpoints that may create short-term volatility in the stock.
