Standard Capital Markets has issued a correction to its earlier intimation dated May 14, 2025. The previous filing mistakenly referred to the completion of Series III NCD issuance, when in fact the completed issuance was of 17,000 unrated, unlisted, secured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) under Series IV. With this allotment, the Series IV NCD issuance is now fully complete. All other details in the earlier submission remain unchanged. The Company Secretary, Vineeta Gautam, signed the correction on May 15, 2025.
This is purely a clerical correction with no change to the actual business decision. The Series IV NCD issuance was already completed; only the series label in the prior disclosure was wrong. No material impact on shareholders or stock price is expected.
