Standard Engineering Technology board approved a strategic investment in Japan's GL HAKKO Co. Ltd., a glass-lined process equipment maker for pharma, chemical and semiconductor sectors. Phase I: 19.19% stake for about INR 693 Million (JPY 1,174 Million). Phase II: additional 31.88% by 2028 for about INR 1,167 Million (JPY 1,978 Million), taking total stake to 51.07%.
