Standard Shoe Sole and Mould (India) Limited has published its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended 30 June 2025) standalone unaudited financial results in Business Standard (English) and Ninadam (Telugu), as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. Total income for the quarter came in at Rs 3,147.93 lakhs, down about 22% from Rs 4,058.14 lakhs in the same quarter last year and also lower than Rs 3,595.36 lakhs in the preceding quarter (Q4 FY25). Net profit after tax stood at Rs 125.27 lakhs, a steep decline of roughly 77% compared to Rs 550.31 lakhs in Q1 FY25 and about 54% lower than Rs 272.07 lakhs in Q4 FY25. Basic EPS was Rs 0.54 versus Rs 2.34 in the year-ago quarter. Equity share capital was Rs 465.42 lakhs with other equity at Rs 13,655.82 lakhs.
The sharp year-on-year and sequential drop in both revenue and net profit is a clearly negative signal for shareholders and is likely to weigh on the stock in the near term, especially given the very weak earnings comparison versus Q1 FY25.
