No non-compliances were identified, no prior-year issues exist, and no SEBI or stock exchange actions were initiated against the company or its promoters/directors during the review period. The company has two material subsidiaries, all related party transactions were pre-approved by the Audit Committee, and all website disclosures and event filings under Regulation 30 were made within prescribed timelines.
