Starlineps Enterprises, a Surat-based diamond and jewellery trading company, reported audited FY25 results with revenue from operations jumping to Rs 73.35 crore from Rs 29.76 crore in FY24, a rise of about 146%. Net profit climbed to Rs 6.58 crore from Rs 1.79 crore, up roughly 267%. Total income for FY25 stood at Rs 74.79 crore, with profit before tax at Rs 8.76 crore. The auditor (Kansariwala & Chevli) issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. Operating cash flow, however, dropped sharply to Rs 2.54 crore versus Rs 12.26 crore last year. During the year the company sub-divided its face value from Rs 5 to Re 1, allotted 4.32 crore bonus shares, and incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary called StarlinePS International Pvt Ltd.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth is positive for shareholders, but the big fall in operating cash flow and a Q4 standalone loss mean quality of earnings deserves a close look. Bonus shares expand the share count, so per-share metrics are not directly comparable to last year.
