Starlog Enterprises reported a standalone total income of Rs. 184.65 lakh for Q4 FY26 and Rs. 789.73 lakh for the full year, down from Rs. 1,208.03 lakh in FY25. The company swung to a standalone net loss of Rs. 428.68 lakh in Q4 and a full-year net loss of Rs. 864.79 lakh, compared to a profit of Rs. 2,706.37 lakh in FY25. On a consolidated basis, total income was Rs. 1,070.29 lakh for FY26 versus Rs. 1,461.40 lakh in FY25, with a consolidated net loss of Rs. 1,343.76 lakh against a profit of Rs. 2,607.61 lakh previously. The results were approved by the board on May 27, 2026 and published on May 29, 2026, in compliance with SEBI listing regulations.
The company has experienced a sharp deterioration in financial performance with revenue declining and losses expanding significantly in FY26 compared to FY25. Shareholders should note the reversal from profit to substantial losses on both standalone and consolidated bases.
