Statement of security cover certificate
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Interise Trust has submitted its quarterly Statement of Security Cover to BSE for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, as mandated by SEBI's Listing Regulations. The filing covers three series of listed secured redeemable non-convertible debentures: 7.59%, 6.96%, and 7.3014%. The security cover has been certified by Sharp & Tannan, Chartered Accountants, based on book values extracted from unaudited books, since the trust is a privately placed InvIT that performs asset valuation only annually as on March 31. Total assets covered amount to approximately ₹15,11,876.53 lakhs (around ₹15,118.77 crore). The listed NCDs are secured by first ranking pari-passu security interest over the assets, hypothecated properties, and pledged securities of the Pool III SPVs (Simhapuri Expressway, Rayalseema Expressway, Igatpuri Highway, and Kosi Bridge Infrastructure Company). Financial covenants are tested quarterly on the basis of unaudited financials as per the Debenture Trust Deed.
This is a routine quarterly compliance disclosure and not a material event. It provides debenture holders visibility on the asset cover backing their NCDs but is unlikely to have any direct impact on the unit price or unit holders.
