Steelcast Ltd will hold its 55th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 29 July 2026 at Efcee Sarovar Premiere, Bhavnagar, Gujarat. Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from 25 July 2026 to 29 July 2026 (both days inclusive) for the AGM and to identify shareholders eligible for dividend on equity shares for FY 2025-26. Dividend, if approved, will be paid within 30 days of declaration. E-voting cut-off date is 22 July 2026, with remote e-voting from 26 July 9:00 AM to 28 July 5:00 PM.
Shares become ex-dividend from 25 July 2026; investors must hold shares by 24 July to be eligible for FY26 dividend.
