Sterling Tools Limited has appointed Ms. Pragya Saxena as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective from 23rd March 2026. The appointment was made by the Board of Directors on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Ms. Saxena is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with over 14 years of experience in listed company governance, SEBI LODR compliance, board management, and statutory regulatory affairs. She has previously handled end-to-end compliance frameworks for listed entities under the Companies Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, FEMA, and other corporate laws.
