Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25

STL Networks Ltd, now operating under the brand name 'Invenia' following its demerger from Sterlite Technologies, submitted its Annual Report for FY 2024-25 along with the Notice of its 4th Annual General Meeting. The AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM via video conferencing. The annual report highlights the company's transformation into a next-generation digital infrastructure provider spanning telecom, defence, data centers, healthcare, BFSI, energy, and smart cities, with international operations in the UK. Consolidated revenue for FY25 stood at Rs 1,474.52 crores, but the company reported a fall in profits driven by economic challenges, with consolidated ROCE at 5.94%. Management is now focused on operational efficiency, debt reduction, cost optimization, and expanding into high-growth segments like AI-enabled data centers, cloud, cybersecurity, and next-gen network upgrades. The company has 1,000+ professionals, CMMI Level 5 certification, and has applied for 45 patents.
