IDFC Bank posted a record quarterly PAT of Rs 1,075 crore, up 132.4% year-on-year, while AU Small Finance Bank's Q1 net profit rose 37% to Rs 796 crore and set July 31, 2026 as the record date for a final dividend. Bank of Baroda's Q1 profit plunged 71.8% year-on-year to Rs 1,278 crore on a one-off exceptional item. Separately, Maruti Suzuki outlined plans to lead India's SUV segment, ONGC began drilling its first deepwater exploratory well in the Mahanadi offshore basin, Waaree Renewable Technologies won 1,082 MWp of solar EPC contracts, and Adani Energy Solutions secured an about Rs 8,500 crore inter-state power transmission project in Andhra Pradesh, lifting its order book above Rs 80,000 crore.
