Multiple stocks in focus: Tata Motors has launched the Sierra EV in India as a fully electric SUV. Kotak Mahindra Bank will acquire Deutsche Bank's retail banking, private banking and wealth management business in India for about Rs 282 crore ($29.79 million). Coal India plans to invest nearly Rs 1,900 crore in R&D by FY2030 to improve mine productivity and reduce emissions. HDFC Bank will appoint Jigar Shah as general counsel, replacing his current role at a KKR subsidiary. IndiGo CHRO Sukhjit Singh Pasricha has resigned and will be replaced by Kanwal Jeet Singh Bakshi.
