Stocks in news: Tata Elxsi, HCL Tech, ICICI Pru AMC, Biocon, SpiceJet

HCL Tech reported a 20 percent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 4,624 crore for Q1 and declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 per share with July 17 as the record date. ICICI Prudential AMC posted a 23 percent year-on-year jump in net profit to Rs 965 crore with revenue up 18 percent to Rs 1,564 crore. Separately, lessors of SpiceJet have approached DGCA to deregister four Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft, while Mylan Inc (Viatris) plans to sell up to 92 million shares in Biocon worth about Rs 3,481 crore (around $363 million).
