Stove Kraft filed its Q4 & FY25 investor presentation ahead of a conference call organized by MUFG Intime. FY25 revenue grew 6.3% YoY to ₹1,449.8 crores, with EBITDA up 26.8% to ₹150.7 crores and PAT up 12.8% to ₹38.5 crores. FY25 EBITDA margin expanded to 10.4% from 8.7% in FY24, with gross margin improving to 38.1% from 36.9%. Q4 FY25 saw a 3.8% revenue dip to ₹313 crores (sequentially weak from Q3's ₹404.1 cr) but EBITDA grew 18.8% to ₹29.5 crores with margins improving 179 bps YoY. Q4 PAT fell 45.5% to ₹1.5 crores, impacted by IndAS 116 lease accounting for retail stores. The retail network expanded to 262 Pigeon exclusive stores across 91 cities, adding 32 new stores in Q4 with e-commerce growing 20% and retail channel growing 93% YoY.
Margin expansion and strong FY25 growth are positives, but the sharp Q4 PAT decline and weak Q4 revenue (down 22.5% sequentially) may concern investors. Higher depreciation from new retail stores under IndAS 116 is suppressing near-term profits despite improving operating performance.
