Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for the FY2024

Stovec Industries, a subsidiary of Netherlands-based SPGPrints B.V. (71.06% holding), has filed its annual BRSR for the financial year ended 31st December 2024. The company manufactures rotary and digital printing machines, engravers and consumables for the textile and graphic printing industry, with textile consumables contributing 80.41% and textile machinery 19.59% of turnover. Exports make up 36% of total turnover of ₹2,345.70 million, against a net worth of ₹1,249.63 million. The workforce is small (107 permanent employees and 183 workers) with very low female participation (2.8% of employees, 0% of workers). On environment, total energy consumption rose to 64,602 GJ, Scope 2 emissions increased to 7,963 MT CO2 while Scope 1 fell to 687 MT, water withdrawal was 52,692 KL, and total waste generated grew to 217 MT (all recycled). There were no fatalities, no human rights or consumer complaints, and 2 shareholder complaints were resolved with none pending.
