At a board meeting on 8 September 2025, String Metaverse Ltd accepted the resignations of CEO Mr. Sai Santosh Althuru and CFO Mr. Meenavalli Krishna Mohan, both citing personal and professional reasons; both will, however, continue on the board as Executive Directors. Independent Director Mr. Hemant Prabhudas Vastani also stepped down from the board effective 7 September 2025.
