String Metaverse Limited has reconstituted its Audit Committee with effect from 3rd November 2025, approved via a circular resolution. The newly formed committee will be chaired by Mr. Arvind Jadhav (Independent Director), with Mr. Ghanshyam Dass (Non-Executive Director), Mr. Deenadayal Tripurasetty (Independent Director), and Mr. Prathipati Partha Sarathi (Independent Director) as members.
