The Board Meeting to be held on 24/05/2025 Stands Cancelled.

String Metaverse Limited has cancelled the Rights Issue Committee meeting that was scheduled for May 24, 2025. The meeting was originally called to consider and approve the terms of a proposed Rights Issue of equity shares. The company said the meeting stands cancelled for the time being because it is still preparing and submitting a revised and updated Draft Letter of Offer to BSE. A new date for the committee meeting will be communicated later, and once held, the terms of the Rights Issue will be considered and approved then. This is a procedural update and not a withdrawal of the proposed Rights Issue.
