String Metaverse Limited announced the results of its postal ballot conducted via e-voting between 21st February and 22nd March 2026, with all three ordinary resolutions passing with overwhelming shareholder approval. Resolution 1 sought to increase the authorised share capital and amend the capital clause of the Memorandum of Association, Resolution 2 proposed a sub-division (stock split) of equity shares, and Resolution 3 sought alteration of the Capital Clause (Clause V) of the MoA. All three resolutions received 100% votes in favour, with 67 members holding 6,25,43,261 shares voting in support and only 1 member (holding 1 share) voting against. There were no invalid or abstained votes. The scrutinizer, Balaramakrishna & Associates, confirmed all resolutions stand passed with the requisite majority.
Shareholders have approved an increase in authorised share capital and a stock split of equity shares, both of which may improve share liquidity and trading affordability. The stock split and capital restructuring could be a positive catalyst for retail participation, though actual implementation timeline will depend on further corporate actions and regulatory filings.
