Submission of Annual Report for the F.Y. 2024-25 of Maa Jagdambe Tradelinks Limited

Maa Jagdambe Tradelinks Limited has submitted its 40th Annual Report for FY 2024-25 to BSE, along with the notice for its 40th AGM scheduled for September 29, 2025. The company reported zero revenue and a net loss of about Rs. 1.67 crore for FY25, compared to a profit of about Rs. 1.02 crore in FY24 (which included an exceptional item of Rs. 1.11 crore). No dividend was declared. The AGM will consider several items, including the appointment of M/s P N S V & Co. as new statutory auditors (replacing the resigned Mr. Girish G.
