Eros International Media has informed exchanges about its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Monday, December 01, 2025 at 3:00 p.m., to be held via video conferencing. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Tuesday, November 25, 2025 to December 01, 2025 (both days inclusive). Shareholders who hold shares as of Monday, November 24, 2025 (the cut-off date) will be eligible to vote electronically. Remote e-voting will be open from Thursday, November 27, 2025 (9:00 a.m. IST) to Sunday, November 30, 2025 (5:00 p.m. IST).
Existing shareholders cannot trade or transfer their shares between November 25 and December 01, 2025 due to the book closure. Investors who buy shares must do so by November 24, 2025 to be eligible to vote at the AGM and receive any benefits declared at the meeting.
