Sudarshan Chemical Industries announced Q3 FY26 results (quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025) and approved the renewal of a corporate guarantee of up to Euro 6 million to HSBC on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiary Sudarshan Europe B.V., to secure a revolving credit (working capital) facility. On a standalone basis, Q3 revenue was Rs 550.3 crore with a profit after tax of Rs 22.5 crore, while nine-month PAT stood at Rs 169.9 crore. Consolidated numbers are much larger post the Heubach acquisition: Q3 revenue of Rs 2,103 crore but a consolidated loss of Rs 116 crore, and a nine-month loss of Rs 41.7 crore. Losses are driven by integration and restructuring costs related to the Heubach deal (Rs 69.9 crore in 9M), a one-time Rs 43.2 crore exceptional charge for new Labour Code provisions, and higher finance/depreciation costs at the consolidated level.
The Euro 6 million guarantee will sit as a contingent liability on Sudarshan's standalone books, exposing it to credit risk on its European subsidiary. The sharp revenue scale-up post-Heubach is positive, but continuing consolidated losses and integration spend may keep short-term sentiment cautious.
