Sudeep Pharma reported its highest-ever annual revenue of Rs. 642.3 crore in FY26, up 28% YoY from Rs. 502 crore. Q4FY26 revenue stood at Rs. 182.3 crore with 16% growth. EBITDA came in at Rs. 221.9 crore (margin 34.6%), down from 37.8% in FY25 due to higher raw material costs for phosphoric and sulphuric acid. PAT reached Rs. 174.3 crore, up 26% YoY. The company completed its IPO listing and acquired an 85% stake in Nutrition Supplies Services (NSS) to strengthen its European and infant nutrition presence. The battery materials plant at Dahej broke ground with 25,000 MT Phase 1 capacity targeting early CY2027 commissioning. A greenfield expansion at Nandesari is undergoing customer validation. Working capital days increased to 213 due to supply chain disruptions from West Asia conflict.
The stock shows strong topline growth and margin recovery potential as price revisions take effect. Debt reduction to Rs. 33.6 crore (Net Debt/Equity 0.04x) provides financial flexibility. The battery materials entry and capacity expansion plans signal diversification beyond pharma excipients, which could re-rate the stock if execution succeeds.
