Sudeep Pharma appoints Milin Mehta as Non-Executive Director

Sudeep Pharma's Board has appointed Mr. Milin Mehta as an Additional Director in the Non-Executive and Non-Independent category, effective 26 June 2026. He is the Managing Partner at K C Mehta and Co LLP, a Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate with over three decades of experience in tax, transfer pricing, and transaction advisory. He has served on boards of other listed companies. He is not related to any existing director. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval.
