The board, which met on 29 May 2025, approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results. FY25 total income jumped to ₹2,613.75 lakh from ₹638.71 lakh in FY24 (~4x growth), while net profit rose to ₹474.92 lakh from ₹231.11 lakh (~2x). Q4 alone delivered revenue of ₹732.86 lakh and PAT of ₹162.84 lakh versus ₹174.85 lakh and ₹51.70 lakh a year ago. Operating cash flow swung strongly positive to ₹1,440.86 lakh from a negative ₹623.31 lakh last year. The board has not declared any dividend for FY25. The Real Estate segment has become the dominant revenue driver, contributing ₹2,308.99 lakh of FY25 revenue versus the Stock Broking segment's contribution.
Sharp revenue and profit growth, driven largely by the real estate business, is positive for shareholders, though the lack of dividend means returns will be via capital appreciation. Borrowings also fell sharply, strengthening the balance sheet.
