Sugs Lloyd Limited has received a Notification of Award from Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd (PSPCL) worth ₹43.37 crore for LT and HT infrastructure loss reduction works on a turnkey basis in Punjab, under the government’s Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS). The scope covers upgrading distribution networks, supply-installation-testing-commissioning of equipment, and network reconfiguration, to be completed within 24 months. The company, which operates in power T&D, solar, and smart grid EPC, reported H1 FY26 revenue of ₹123.03 crore, EBITDA of ₹18.88 crore, and net profit of ₹11.82 crore. The order adds to ongoing engagements with key utilities like NTPC, Tata Power, and Adani Renewables.
Positive for the company — adds a government-backed order to the order book, supports revenue visibility over the next 24 months, and reinforces its positioning in the power T&D segment under the RDSS scheme.
