Sula Vineyards filed its Q4 & FY25 investor presentation. Q4 revenue rose 1.1% YoY to Rs. 133.1 Cr and gross profit grew 6.1% to Rs. 104 Cr with margins expanding 375 bps to 78.2%, though Operating EBITDA dipped 3.4% to Rs. 28.5 Cr. Full-year FY25 revenue grew modestly 1.8% to Rs. 619.4 Cr but PAT fell 24.8% to Rs. 70.2 Cr and EBITDA margin contracted 482 bps to 24.1%, hurt by urban consumption slowdown, export contraction, and higher marketing spend on SulaFest'25. Wine Tourism remained a bright spot with Q4 revenue up 24.6% YoY to Rs. 20.4 Cr and record occupancy of 87%. Management outlined a multi-year growth strategy targeting improved EBITDA margins, capacity expansion to 19.2 Mn liters, new wine launches, CSD listing expansion from 5 to 9 labels, and potential strategic M&A in the AlcoBev space.
Mixed results for shareholders — strong margin and tourism momentum, but full-year earnings declined sharply due to demand headwinds. Management's FY26 outlook is constructive with focus on returning to earnings growth and expanding margins, which could support the stock if execution delivers.
