The Board of Directors of Sulabh Engineers & Services Limited met on February 7, 2026 and approved the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. On a standalone basis, total income for Q3 FY26 was Rs. 21.89 lakhs and net profit was Rs. 8.86 lakhs, a sharp sequential decline from Rs. 111.20 lakhs and Rs. 63.63 lakhs respectively in the previous quarter (Q2 FY26). On a consolidated basis, total income stood at Rs. 65.30 lakhs with a net profit of Rs. 113.88 lakhs, boosted by subsidiary Venkatswamy Mining & Estates Pvt Ltd. For the nine months ended December 2025, standalone PAT was Rs. 132.67 lakhs (down from Rs. 186.20 lakhs YoY), while consolidated PAT was Rs. 230.88 lakhs (up from Rs. 222.50 lakhs YoY). The statutory auditors M/s Ranjit Jain & Co. issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results. The company is registered as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC).
Standalone Q3 numbers show a significant quarter-on-quarter fall in revenue and profit, which is a mild negative signal for the stock. However, consolidated results are more stable and grew YoY, suggesting subsidiary contribution is cushioning the overall performance. The filing is largely procedural (quarterly results approval) with no major corporate action.
