Summit Securities Limited has filed copies of newspaper clippings (The Free Press Journal in English and Navshakti in Marathi) publishing the extract of its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, as required under SEBI listing regulations. On a consolidated basis, total income stood at Rs. 2,755.44 lakhs in Q1 FY26, up sharply from Rs. 981.28 lakhs in Q4 FY25 and Rs. 2,084.06 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Net profit after tax was Rs. 2,018.62 lakhs, a strong swing from a loss of Rs. 464.14 lakhs in the previous quarter and a rise from Rs. 294.46 lakhs in the year-ago period. Basic and diluted EPS came in at Rs. 18.52 versus Rs. 2.70 a year earlier. Standalone Q1 FY26 PAT was Rs. 938.74 lakhs, with total income of Rs. 1,178.85 lakhs.
The results were already filed with the exchanges earlier; this is only the mandatory newspaper publication, so no fresh price catalyst is expected. The strong sequential recovery in profitability and total income versus Q4 FY25 reflects favourable fair-value movements on the company's investment portfolio.
