SPARC informed the exchanges that its Board has accepted the resignation of Dr. Shravanti Bhowmik, Vice President – Operations Management and a member of the Senior Management Team, effective close of business on March 31, 2026. She is moving to a new role within another group company. To fill the gap, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Narendra Lakkad as Head – Corporate Development and Operations Management, designated as Senior Management Personnel, effective April 1, 2026. Mr. Lakkad is a long-time Sun Pharma group insider, associated with the group since 1994, and has previously held leadership roles in business development, investor relations, and program management at both SPARC and parent Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. The change was carried out via circular resolution on March 27, 2026.
