Sun Pharma has announced the appointment of Dr. Andreas Busch as an Independent Director for a 5-year term effective 12 May 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Dr. Busch brings extensive R&D expertise from his current role as Chief Innovation Officer at Absji and previous leadership positions at Sanofi, Bayer, and Shire, having led development of over 15 FDA-approved drugs.
