Suncity Synthetics has issued a corrigendum to its EGM notice (originally dated 6th April 2026) to add capital reduction effect details in the shareholding tables. The EGM is scheduled for 30th April 2026 at 2:00 PM via video conference. The corrigendum updates Point XI (pages 27 and 29) and Point XVI (page 31) of the explanatory statement. Managing Director Sumita Mishra (promoter) will see her holding increase from 45.46% to 47.35% post-issue. Eleven non-promoter allottees are set to receive shares ranging from 1.24 lakh to 1.47 lakh shares each. Existing shareholder Sachin Shankar Shivgan will receive 86,000 additional shares, bringing his total to 2.5 lakh shares (3.16%). All allottees have been covered under a valuation report as per SEBI ICDR Regulation 166A.
The preferential issue will dilute existing shareholders' stakes. Promoter holding will increase to 47.35%, consolidating control. New shares being issued to 11 non-promoter allottees could lead to potential change in shareholding dynamics and should be watched by investors.
