Appointment of Ms. Shruti Somani as Independent Director for 5 years

Sunil Industries has appointed Ms. Shruti Satyanarayan Somani as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director effective June 26, 2026, for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. She is a practicing Company Secretary with over 10 years of experience in corporate laws, secretarial practice, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. She is not related to any existing directors or KMPs. Board committees (Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Stakeholder Relationship) have been reconstituted to include her as a member.
