The Board of Sunraj Diamond Exports met on 4th August 2025 and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 (Q1 FY26). Revenue from operations rose sharply to ₹22.92 lakhs from ₹14.51 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 58%. However, the company slipped deeper into the red with a net loss of ₹14.95 lakhs versus ₹7.68 lakhs in the same quarter last year, and a loss per share of ₹0.28. Total expenses nearly doubled to ₹38.25 lakhs, driven by higher purchases of stock-in-trade. The auditor, M/s Govind Prasad & Co, issued an unmodified review report, and the Board recommended their re-appointment for a second 5-year term. The Board also approved the 35th AGM notice and the closure of the Register of Members.
Despite strong top-line growth, widening losses and rising costs are a concern for shareholders; the stock may see a muted reaction given continued unprofitability, though the clean audit opinion and continuity of auditor provide some stability.
