Super Spinning Mills has submitted the newspaper publication of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, as filed with the stock exchanges under SEBI Regulation 33. Total income from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs. 168.38 lakhs, down from Rs. 178.76 lakhs in the previous quarter but up from Rs. 158.55 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Net profit after tax (including exceptional items and discontinued operations) was Rs. 112.63 lakhs for the quarter, sharply higher than Rs. 25.74 lakhs in Q2 FY26. For the nine months ended Dec 2025, net profit after tax was Rs. 133.18 lakhs, a turnaround from a loss of Rs. 35.51 lakhs in the corresponding period last year. Basic EPS for Q3 was Rs. 0.20 and Rs. 0.24 for 9M FY26. The results exclude textile operations, which the company discontinued in August 2023.
The strong sequential jump in quarterly profit is a positive signal, but the shrinking top-line (Q-o-Q) and small absolute size of earnings suggest the company remains a very small, post-divestment entity. Shareholders may see mild optimism, though the stock may remain thinly traded given the limited scale of continuing operations.
