Superhouse Limited, a government-recognized export trading house based in Kanpur, has filed its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited financial results, both standalone and consolidated. Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 12,845.36 Lacs (about Rs. 128.45 crores), up roughly 16.6% from Rs. 11,020.95 Lacs in Q1 FY25. Consolidated revenue from operations grew to Rs. 16,268.01 Lacs (about Rs. 162.68 crores), up about 13.8% YoY from Rs. 14,294.80 Lacs. The results include an exceptional gain of Rs. 620.17 Lacs from the sale of land and building, as the company shifted one of its units to another location for better efficiency and liquidity. The statutory auditors (Kapoor Tandon & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results.
Top-line growth is healthy and in double digits, but the headline PAT is likely inflated by the one-time Rs. 620.17 Lacs property sale gain, so underlying operating performance should be assessed carefully. Investors should also watch the seven un-audited subsidiaries which together posted a Rs. 527.26 Lacs loss, though the auditor flagged this as not material to the group.
