Superior Finlease Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting is scheduled for 29 May 2026 to consider and approve the Audited Standalone Financial Results for Q4 and the Financial Year ended 31 March 2026. Additionally, the Board will consider raising funds via Equity Shares, Convertible Securities, or other instruments through Rights Issue, Preferential Allotment, and/or Qualified Institutional Placement, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
