Supertech EV Limited has informed BSE that it does not qualify as a 'Large Corporate' under SEBI's framework for debt securities issuance. To be classified as a Large Corporate, a listed entity must have outstanding long-term borrowings of ₹100 crore or more and a credit rating of AA or above. The company confirmed it does not meet these criteria. As a result, the mandatory disclosure requirements applicable to Large Corporates are not applicable to Supertech EV for the financial year 2025-26. The disclosure was signed by Managing Director Yetender Sharma.
This is a routine regulatory disclosure with no material impact on shareholders or stock price. It simply confirms the company is too small in terms of borrowings or credit rating to fall under the Large Corporate framework for FY 2025-26.
