Supreme Industries reported FY26 revenue of Rs 11,218 crore with 12% volume growth to 753,907 MT. Consolidated operating profit rose 7% to Rs 1,654 crore while PAT declined 1% to Rs 954 crore. Plastic Piping Systems led growth with 14% volume and 11% value growth, while Industrial Products degrew 1% in volume. Management guided for FY27 volume growth of 15-17% in piping and 12-13% overall, with EBITDA margins targeted at 14-14.5%. The company announced Rs 1,000 crore capex for FY27 to add 1.10 lakh MT capacity, taking total to 1.35 million MT. A new Windows & Doors plant at Kanpur Dehat started production from March 2026, expected to generate Rs 200-250 crore annual revenue. PVC prices have corrected sharply by 30% in April to INR81/kg, with management expecting price stability. The industry saw 9% volume degrowth in FY26 but management anticipates 8% industry growth for FY27.
The company delivered healthy volume growth despite industry degrowth, with management providing clear margin guidance of 14-14.5% for FY27. New capacity additions and the Windows & Doors launch position the company for continued growth, though sharp PVC price volatility remains a key monitorable.
