Supriya Lifescience reported strong Q4FY26 results with revenue of INR 2,765.3 Mn (up 50% YoY) and PAT of INR 742.3 Mn (up 47% YoY). For full year FY26, revenue reached INR 8,278.7 Mn with 11% PAT growth to INR 2,091.2 Mn. However, margins showed pressure with EBITDA margin declining 141 bps in Q4 and 192 bps for FY26. The company is a global API leader in anti-histamines and related therapies, with 82% revenue from exports across 120+ countries. Management is pursuing significant capacity expansion including new production blocks at Lote and 5 finished dosage manufacturing lines. R&D pipeline includes 30 products in development with novel Semaglutide formulation protected by patent. The balance sheet remains healthy with zero debt (Debt/Equity: 0.00x).
Strong top-line growth and healthy cash generation are positives, but margin erosion in both Q4 and FY26 may concern investors focused on profitability. The capacity expansion plans and new product pipeline signal management's growth ambitions but will require capital deployment.
