Supriya Lifescience shared its Q1 FY26 investor presentation reporting a significant YoY decline across all key metrics. Revenue fell 9.7% YoY to INR 1,450.7 Mn, with EBITDA down 17.3% to INR 517.0 Mn and PAT down 21.9% to INR 347.9 Mn. Margins compressed sharply with EBITDA margin down 330 bps to 35.6% and PAT margin down 376 bps to 24.0%. On a sequential basis too, revenue dropped 21.2% and PAT fell 30.8% versus Q4 FY25. The company highlighted a new 10-year exclusive CMO contract with a leading European firm expected to generate peak revenue of INR 60 crore/year starting FY27, and commissioning of Module E block which boosted reactor capacity by 55% to 932 KLPD.
Short-term sentiment is likely negative given the broad-based YoY and QoQ earnings decline and notable margin compression. However, the secured long-duration CMO contract, new FDF facility coming online in H2 FY26, and expanded R&D footprint provide a visible growth runway, which could support a more constructive medium-term view.
