Suraj Industries Ltd has published a First Call Money Notice in Business Standard (English and Hindi) newspapers on January 29, 2026, addressed to holders of partly paid-up rights equity shares. The company had issued partly paid-up shares at ₹40 each (including ₹30 premium) in a 21:13 rights ratio, with ₹10 per share received as application money at the time of allotment on November 10, 2025. The Rights Issue Committee has now called for the first installment of ₹10 per share (₹2.50 face value + ₹7.50 premium) on 2,99,25,394 partly paid-up shares. Shareholders must pay between February 2 and February 16, 2026, through ASBA, 3-in-1 trading accounts, or cheque/demand draft.
Shareholders holding partly paid-up rights shares must pay ₹10 per share by February 16, 2026, or risk forfeiture of their shares along with the amount already paid. Trading in these partly paid-up shares (ISIN: IN9170U01027) has been suspended on BSE from January 27, 2026, so shareholders cannot sell until they pay the call money and shares are converted to fully paid-up.
