Suraj Industries Limited has completed its rights issue of up to 2,99,25,394 partly paid-up equity shares at ₹40 per share (including ₹30 premium), aggregating up to about ₹119.70 crore, in the ratio of 21 rights shares for every 13 fully paid-up shares held. The issue, which opened on October 23, 2025 and closed on November 7, 2025, received valid applications for 3,36,83,665 shares, translating to a subscription level of 112.56% of the issue size, making it oversubscribed. Out of 1,203 total applications, 404 were rejected on technical grounds, while the company allotted the full 2,99,25,394 shares to successful applicants on November 10, 2025. The allotted shares are expected to be credited to demat accounts by November 11, 2025 and trading is set to commence on BSE from November 12, 2025 under ISIN IN9170U01027. The Company Secretary Snehlata Sharma signed the intimation confirming newspaper publication of the allotment details in Business Standard (English and Hindi editions) as per SEBI LODR requirements.
Oversubscription of the rights issue at 112.56% signals healthy shareholder interest and full allotment to all valid applicants. Shareholders who applied should see the partly paid-up shares credited to their demat accounts by November 11, 2025, with trading on BSE starting November 12, 2025, which could add short-term liquidity and price discovery for these shares.
