Suraj Products Limited's Board approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. FY25 revenue from operations fell to ₹32,637.27 lakhs from ₹34,467.69 lakhs last year, a drop of about 5%. Profit after tax declined sharply to ₹2,143.39 lakhs (from ₹2,892.98 lakhs), down roughly 26%, and EPS dropped to ₹18.80 from ₹25.38. Q4 revenue was largely flat at ₹9,083.62 lakhs, but Q4 PAT fell to ₹425.06 lakhs from ₹582.20 lakhs. Operating cash flow remained positive at ₹2,986.12 lakhs, and total borrowings nearly halved, strengthening the balance sheet. The Board also recommended a final dividend of ₹2.10 per share (21%) and announced the formation of a 100% wholly owned subsidiary in the UAE (Suraj Iron & Steel Manufacturers L.L.C - S.P.C).
Weak operating performance with shrinking revenue and profits may weigh on sentiment, though the healthy dividend, debt reduction, and new overseas subsidiary could provide some support to the stock.
