Surana Solar Limited has informed the Exchange about General Updates

Surana Solar Limited has reconstituted two key board committees — the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee — following the resignation of Mr. Boorugu Sri Nagesh, an Independent Director, who stepped down as Chairman and member of both committees with effect from 22nd February 2025. Mrs. Sanjana Jain, another Independent Director, has been redesignated as the new Chairperson of both committees. The reconstituted committees now consist of Mrs. Sanjana Jain (Chairperson), Mr. Narender Surana (Non-Executive Director, Member), and Mr. N Krupakar Reddy (Independent Director, Member). The reconstitution was approved at the board meeting held on 3rd May 2025.
