Suratwwala Business Group's 99%-owned subsidiary, Suratwwala Royyal Hills Properties LLP, has received an Environmental Clearance certificate from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra, for its 'Californiaa West' residential housing project. The project is located in Kasar Amboli Village, Taluka Mulshi, District Pune, spread across approximately 68,660 square metres of land with a built-up area of 80,884.26 square metres. The total estimated project cost is Rs. 335 crores. The clearance was issued on July 15, 2025, under SIA/MH/INFRA2/529290/2025.
This is a positive development as the environmental clearance removes a key regulatory hurdle, allowing the subsidiary to move forward with construction of the Rs. 335 crore residential project, which could translate into future revenue and value creation for shareholders.
