Appointment of Additional Independent Director

Sarvottam Finvest's Board, at its meeting on 26 August 2025, approved two key appointments based on recommendations from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. Mr. Nagar Mal Agrawal, a Chartered Accountant with 29 years of experience in Audit and Corporate Law and a Partner at M/s. More V & Co., has been appointed as an Additional Independent Non-Executive Director for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mrs. Khusboo Jain, a practicing Company Secretary holding a Peer Reviewed certificate, has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year period covering FY2025-26 to FY2029-30, also subject to shareholder approval.
